Pizza – the famous Italian oven baked round flat-bread has been my all time favorite.My kids love it very much.. I enjoy cooking and try different unique methods to make my family happy.. I ensure that my kids can have fresh, healthy and tasty food.
My daughter dont like tomato so i tried with onion and capsicum like the same we can also try with any of the veg we have like tomato, corn and olive
Pizza Base Slice 1
Mozzarella cheese 1
Capsicum 1 cup
Onion 1 cup
Tomato 1 cup
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Oil 1/2 tsp
Seasonings 1 tsp
Chilli flakes 1tsp
1)Take a pan heat little oil add garlic & tomato heat and make a puree…
2)Apply this puree on the pizza….sprinkle onion & capsicum evenly throughout the pizza
3)Top it with cheese (As much or little as you like).
4)Transfer the pizza on the pre-heated pizza stone & bake for 10-15 mins or until done.
5)now sprinkle chilli flakes and seasonings and serve it hot with sauce
That’s it our Onion Capsicum Cheese Pizza is ready. Slice it & Serve hot!!

Its good for health and has more nutritious value.Bottle gourd is extremely popular for reducing high blood pressure and keeping your heart healthy I use to make dudhi muthiya for dinner .. My kids love it so i cook in the morning and send in their school lunch too. Its very healthy and i am damm sure if u make it ur kids too will love it ..
‘Muthia’ comes from Western part of India … mostly eaten in Gujarat and Rajasthan .. It can be eaten as breakfast, as a ‘tea time’ snack or for lunch or for dinner…
So it can be enjoyed at any time..
1 cup Grated Dudhi ( Bottle Gourd)
1 cup steamed rice
1 cup wheat flour
2 tsp Oil
2 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp urad dal
1 tsp grated garlic
1 pinch of Asafoetida (Hing)
2 tsp red chilli powder (based on ur taste how spicy u like to eat )
1 tsp daniya powder
1/2 tsp haldi powder
2 green chilli
7-8 curry leaves
Salt to taste
Water to knead the dough and for steaming the Muthias
1)Peel the skin of the Dudhi and grate it. Squeeze out all water from the Dudhi
2)Take a big plate add one cup wheat flour, dudhi,
and add one cup of steam rice.. mix it then add 1 tsp chilli posder, 1/2 dhaniya powder and 1/4 haldi powder, little salt and oil
Mix the ingredients well if needed add little water and make a dough keep aside for 5 min
3) Apply some oil to both your palms, and start making cylindrical shapes out of the dough, by taking small portions of the dough at a time like this
4)Now take a big kadai add water,let it boil then add muthias to them, close it with a big lid and cook for 20 min. To know if the Muthias are done, prick it with a fork or a knife or a tooth pick and see if it comes out dry. If not cook it more.
5)Once all the Muthias are cooked,take out allow it to cool and cut small round pieces of each cylinder
6)Now take a pan add Asafoetida (Hing),Urad daal,jeera,Mustard seeds one by one .. then add garlic , green chilly and curry leaves fry it.. now add the remaining dry masalas fry add lemon and add the muthias and mix well frt it for 5 mins
7)The hot muthias is ready to serve. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it with Khadi or chutney or ketchup…
My family enjoy and it and its my fav now its ur turn to try it enjoy it..

We were invited to taste the yummy aamlicious dinner!!!
Once i entered the restaurant Tikka is applied on the spot between the brows which is considered the seat of latent wisdom and mental concentration and is very important for worship.
Being a Rajasthani i entered with full of expectation and the chef Jodharam experienced us with lot of mango varieties from starter to desserts…
Aam panna juice is the welcome juice which is really thick& delicious. Then following the rajasthani tradition hand wash from table itself by one of their staff.
We were served one by one the mango salad, chutney and mango pickle which had a katta tikka taste…
The interesting one is Kairi Potli Kachori which looked unique and tasted good
Aam Bhare papad roll and mango dal dhokli ( in Gujarati style) were the high lights in which i loved the papad roll with crispiness and the taste of kairi made it more deilicious
All side dishes for main course (Kairi samosa ki sabji, Aam ki launji—- katta meeta taste, khadi (south Indian style –Moore kulambu) were served in which Kairi chilli samosa stole my heart as it is spicy and delicious.Those who love fried samosa should really try it .I am sure u will love it
U can enjoy these side dishes with Rajasthani nka famous Khoba Roti which is made of wheat, its thick and very healthy, makki ki roti and phulka .. Also we can have these with jaggery and butter it will really taste yummy and also we can have with Aam ki launji.
How can we forget Aamras we north indians have roti aamras often in mango season… Rajdhani ka aamras is super hit with puri
Mango pulav tasted good with mango pachadi not spicy everyone including kids will enjoy it
There are many items seeing itself tummy full but we tasted .. I love to have all but my tummy says nooo as its full with amazing mango items.. Last but not least coming to desserts it was mango jalebi which taste gud and mango lassi amazing khatta meeta taste i loved it
The ambiance is Good.
The service is very Good.
The cost is bit higher but ur tummy is ready u can do the justice!!!!

VB Signature from the house of Namma Veedu Vasantha Bhavan is ready to surprise us with various Vegetarian cuisines in its newly opened restaurant at Nungambakkam High Road – Opposite KFC, Next to Univercell showroom. We were invited for tasting session its very different from the traditional image of a south Indian restaurant —the lighting is bistro-like, the seating resembles a café. We were greeted by the Chef Vignesh.
We were asked to order a drink from Menu i really fallen in love with the menu card which showed the varieties of all food they serve.. I ordered Ilaneer Inji Soda as i entered from hot sun it gave me a relax of it awesome taste & chillness. There were other options like VB Signature Filter Coffee Soda Curry Leaves Mojito, Home Made Chai Soda, Aam Panna, Bovonto Black Mojito which were healthy too!!!! Sip Away! Get Rejuvenated this weekend !!!
Now we were served with the starters one by one.. Tandoori Momos, Cauliflower hashbrown, Marina Milaga Bajji, Thai Style Koththu Parota, Stuffed Ceylon Parota, and Keema Curry dosa and Chili Paneer Noodles. i really loved the cauliflower hashbrown and milaga bajji with crispiness .yummy & delicious… The presentation of each variety looked so attractive Tandoori Momos were served with 3 tubes as u can see in this pic which had mint chutney, roasted tomato garlic chili chutney and curried yoghurt mayonnaise as its sauces.
Cauliflower hashbrown was simply awesome served with cauliflower puree and tomato pickle mayonnaise I really loved it to the core as its perfect with crispiness
Everyone fond of Marina Milagai bhajji but oi am damm sure if u have VB Signature milaga bajji which was stuffed with potatoes and cheese crumbled with Japanese Panko crumbs served with Tamarind chili chutney, you will sure fall in love with it
Thai style Koththu parota which was so soft & we enjoy the Thai flavors – mildly flavored Lemongrass n herbs.. Its not served with raita but if we want we can go for it…
Ceylon parota with double cheese Margarita was so yummy am sure each and everyone will love it It’s served with Jeera raita
Kheema curry dosa had the signature Namma Veedu Vasanta Bhavan sambar and coconut chutney. I felt having pizza in healthier way. Its was super hit ..
As we were enjoying the dishes one by one suddenly we saw smoke and Chef Vignesh walks in with a bowl and it is smoke everywhere and pop comes the caramel popcorn cold n freezing to touch making our palates dance with it ..It was really yummy & icy caramel popcorn was double hit it cost around 125 only so dont miss it !!
Moving onto the main course…. it was Makkai cheese palak, Dal Makhni served with pudina paratha and red chili parata.. It was delicious and mainly the dal makhni was like hommade i enjoyed it
Chilli Paneer noodles was the next on the list and loved the way paneer fried added to it added the yummy taste..
Now its time for desserts . we had Milan to Madras – Rosogolla made in Coffee floating in cream and the other was mysore pak crumble which was oven baked as apple pie with fruits.. If it served chill it might be more tasty
VB Signature have a unique dish with the bill instead of normal mouth freshners .They serves Honey Mittai and KamarKat with the bill

Pav Baji is a favourite fast food dish in India… Pav is bun & Bhaji is mixed vegetable.. My kids love it very much especially when they take it for school. Pav bhaji is very healthy and its available in street food all over India but i love to prepare at home & all my family members love it… Here are the simple and easy step by step way to prepare pav bhaji at home !!!!
Potatoes 4 medium
Tomatoes 4 medium
Onions 2 medium
Garlic 8-10 cloves
Beans 1 cup
Green capsicum 1 medium
Fresh coriander leaves 1/4 cup
Green peas shelled 1/4 cup
Oil 3 tablespoons
Asafoetida 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Tumeric powder 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Pav bhaji masala 1 1/2 tablespoons
Butter 3 tablespoons
1) Wash, peel and roughly chop fine all the vegetables(carrot,beans,beetroot,capsicum) & potato (as we have to cut in 2 pieces)… Add the vegetables to a pressure cooker with a glass of water and salt to taste.Cook for up to 3 whistles.
2) When the pressure is gone, let it cool before grinding to a puree. and take the potatoes peel it and smash it like this and keep aside….
3)Finely chop onion,tomato & garlic keep it ready
4)In a kadhai just melt butter add as asafoetida ,garlic & fry. Now add onions and saute till dark brown.Add tomatoes &some peas and cook till the oil separates.
5)Add the turmeric powder, chilli powder, pav bhaji masala, salt and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
6)Now add smashed vegetables and potatoes and mash thoroughly &add some water and allow to cook for 5 to 10 mins…
7)I get fresh pav readymade from outside… Slice each pav into 2 horizontally.
8)Apply a little butter to each side
9)Heat a large tava and cook the pav on both sides till the pieces are lightly browned.
10)Now garnish the bhaji with coriander leaves, remaining butter and serve hot with pav & chopped onion and lemon..
