All staffs were very kind and helpful always ready to help us with a big smile on their face…
The mix of the tales, of the streets of Rajasthan and Gujarat, brought out lavishly by Rajdhani Thali.
They served with some laziz drinks before the meal like, Lemon water, Mango lassi, Jaljeera Pudina and Rose lassi.
To start off with “farsans” Rajwadi samosas and Paneer khamans, with the all time favourite Dal Baati Churma.. and mouth-watering lajawab sabjis which includes, Jodhpurs Kaju Masala, Surti Undhiyu, Bhindi Sambhara and Pindi Choule, with unlimited hot and fluff assorted Indian breads like, Phulkas, Sooji pooris, Methi Theplas and Bajra Rotlas. Moreover there were also three amazing varieties of Dal served, which were Surti Dall (Sweet one), Cholar Dal and Kanda kadhi (Spicy one).
Moving on to rice varieties, they again surprised with their delicious delicacies like, Vegetable Kesari Pulao, Jaipuri Ramo Ram Khichdi, Jeera rice and Anardhana Curd rice.
A meal never ends without some sweet spoils! They served unlimited hot jalebis, Akhrot halwa, Sitafal Basundhi and Malpua with Rabdi..
There were also many accompaniments which were available through the course of the meal like the Bharela Mirchi, Pickle, Dice Onion & Lemon Wedge, Roasted Paapad, Pudina Masala Chaas..
The ambience was very much admirable with some folk music being played, just makes whole of this experience very memorable!
Hats off, to the master chef, Mr. Genaram Choudhary, who took our taste buds on an unforgettable journey through the streets of Rajasthan and Gujarat and also explained us patiently with details of food served..
